Cancellation Policy

JetCarDC Rental Policy 1. Rental Requirements: • Boating License: A valid boating license is required to operate the JetCar. If you do not possess a boating license, we will provide a professional captain to operate the JetCar for you. 2. Safety and Conduct: • Safety Equipment: Life jackets and all necessary safety gear will be provided and must be used as directed by the captain. • Conduct: All passengers must adhere to safety instructions provided by the captain and conduct themselves in a manner that ensures the safety and enjoyment of everyone on board. 3. Attire: • Clothing: Wear clothing that may get wet. It is recommended to bring a light jacket or windbreaker as it can get breezy on the water. • Footwear: Non-slip footwear is recommended for safety. 4. Arrival and Departure: • Arrival Time: Please arrive 15 minutes early to ensure a timely departure. Late arrivals may result in a reduced rental time. • Departure Location: The JetCar will depart from and return to Georgetown Waterfront Dock, Washington DC. 5. Cancellation and Refund Policy: • Cancellation: You can cancel your booking for a full refund up to 2 days prior to the scheduled rental date. Cancellations made less than 2 days before the rental date are non-refundable. • Service Fees: All service fees are non-refundable. 6. Weather Policy: • Cancellations due to Weather: In the event of inclement weather, we may need to cancel or reschedule your rental. You will be notified as soon as possible, and a full refund or rescheduling will be offered. 7. Capacity: • Maximum Passengers: The JetCar can accommodate up to 4 passengers plus the captain. This limit must be strictly adhered to for safety reasons. 8. Damages and Liability: • Damages: The renter is responsible for any damages to the JetCar caused by negligence or failure to adhere to safety instructions. • Liability: JetCarDC is not liable for any personal injuries, property damages, or loss of personal items during the rental period. 9. Health and Safety: • Health Conditions: Passengers with health conditions that may be affected by the ride are advised to consult their physician before renting the JetCar.
